The absolute worst customer experience ever. We walked in looking for a mattress and box spring. We saw a floor model, and the salesman stated that we would be receiving "everything you see right there." After confirming that we would get "everything, including this bed frame?" while physically touching the footboard of the bed frame, he stated yes. My mother and father were present at the time. We bought the showroom model for $400.00, which included the floor model mattress for $250, the floor model box spring for $100, and the wooden bed frame on display for $50. We were delivered the bed, boxspring, and a metal frame, which is the cheap base with the wheels. NOT what we agreed upon. After calling them back to discuss it, he stated that there was just a miscommunication, and that we got a really good deal. That particular mattress is sold brand new in wrap for $250, the boxspring brand new in wrap is $100, and the basic metal frame brand new in box is $60. So essentially he gave us a $10.00 discount. The $400.00 deal was truly a deal when we were told we were getting the floor model headboard and footboard. NOT when we got scammed. And of course, like every other scam artist, no refunds and no returns. Awful place of business.
