We are sorry for the problem.  Obviously, our employees did not handle the situation properly and the sale was discounted beyond our policy.  But, since it happened, we certainly wanted to honor the price.  That was done and I believe the complaint is satisfied.

Sealy Bridgemont (not a gel memory foam mattress) as Mr. [redacted] stated. Unfortunately, it is our error that Mr. [redacted] misunderstood the advertisement because he spoke with one of our new sales employees and was given the wrong information regarding the promotional mattress. Mattress & More has contacted Mr. [redacted] and offered the correct promotional items and included a free set of pillows for his trouble and our error. We are currently waiting on Mr. [redacted] to respond to our offer.
