We purchased a mattress from them on the 31st and picked it up on Feb. 5th. It's very uncomfortable to sleep on. The invoice clearly states that the Customer has a 60 day comfort guarantee. We were not told when we purchased the mattress that you couldn't return it. We attempted to return the mattress, only to be told that we could not, even though the invoice states there is a 60 day comfort guarantee, which after 60 days it would not be valid. We talked to ***, who claimed he was going to talk to someone in upper management and later claimed he couldn't reach them that night. We talked to the credit company that we used to purchase the mattress and they said Mattress Liquidators couldn't do that. We even attempted to return the mattress in it's original packaging. Mattress Liquidator said all they could do is exchange it. We don't want an exchange, we want them to honor the invoice that states the Customer has a 60 day comfort guarantee. This is clearly misleading and fraudulent in my mind. *** was totally disrespectful, and dishonorable. This is not how you do business with customers. We just want to return the mattress and not be charged for something we clearly don't want and doesn't meet our needs.

Refund We do not want the mattress and want *** and Mattress Liquidators to honor what's written at the bottom of their invoices. We do not want to do business with them at all. We do not want to be charged for something that's uncomfortable and they need to admit they have horrible business practices. We shouldn't have to pay to have the credit company take the mattress back, The credit company is trying to help resolve the issue, but we shouldn't have to pay for the inconvenience.

As our invoice clearly states ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. Mrs Cynthia is the customer who came into the store demanding a refund. Unfortunately she is not the account holder that was used for financing the mattress. We do offer a trial period for 60 days to all of our customers if it is not to their liking they can exchange it for a different mattress which is the 60 DAY COMFORT GUARANTEE. We did offer that solution with account holder present but she had refused. We do have a very good variety of mattresses at that price point as well. Customer(not account holder) did bring mattress back to store the day after demanding a refund. Since this is not our policy Mr Perez did reach out to upper management but it was something that needed to be discussed. She did contact upper Management and they did offer to exchange mattress with account holder present she did refuse. We are still willing and would love to help customer find the correct mattress that will fit their needs as long as account holder is present. Unfortunately our policy does state All sales are final. There are no refunds. I will be attaching an invoice which has our policy including customer signature.

This issue has been resolved through a 3rd party. As a result I will never shop at Mattress Liqidators again. Thank you.
