Mr *** ordered 5/23/at 2:pm and chose 2-day shipping "based on date of shipment"He paid $extra for this optionWe sent him an auto-generated confirmation of his order He called immediatey to see if we got his order, and we confirmed that we had itWe advised that we would
be sending a sales receipt once processed, then it would be sent to the warehouse for shippingEverything was done in that order on the 23rd.On the 24th he called to say he had not received the sales receipt It was re-sent after confirming his email addressHe called back again on the 25th to say he had still not received itIt was sent again from another computerAfter sending, we called two telephone numbers to confirm receipt of the receipt and got no answer.On the 26th he called to say he had still not received itWhile on the phone with him we confirmed his email address again and re-sent it from a gmail account instead of our usual business email account and waited until he confirmed that it arrived to his computerIt is apparent that his email provider was blocking our communications - through no fault of ours.The order left the warehouse on the 26th of MayA tracking number was sent to him two ways: one auto-generate by UPS and sent to his emailThe 2nd one sent via our auto-generated system. On the 27th he calledHe was confused about the terms "based on date of shipment" in our description of the 3-day optionOur rep offered to refund him the $and he hung up mad. The shipment was caught in the Memorial Day Holiday delay in transit of UPSIt DID leave our warehouse in business daysIt got to to him in business days. We don't consider this adequate deliveryThe Memorial Day delay is not a factor on our endThe comunications delays were on his endBut the fact that the actual delivery took business days instead of is a problem for which he is definitely due an apology and a refund of his expedite feeAs of today, he has been refunded $to his original method of payment
The mattress and box spring was delivered to the customer and customer agree to the terms and conditions of the sales order. also the customer sign on the order receipt that the merchandise received in good condition. Note: copy 1. Sales orderNote: Copy 2 Policy of the storeThank you4.3.18
