Review: Monday, July 22nd, not certain that I would purchase directly from Sleepy's, I had been looking to finace a[redacted]. Greeted by sales associate/ store manager, [redacted] I explained to her how I had been shopping around, but didn't know which model I would be interested in & I would have to finace it. She asked me how I slept & then described the difference in Beds & make sure I laid on my stomach since that's mainly the way I sleep. I said I know they tend to get pricey &never go on sale, unless discontinued or are a floor model, but I've been doing research on them for a couple years, and that I had an [redacted] card, but decided to check out Sleepy's being that I saw a promotion in the Sunday paper for a $200 gift card w/ the purchase of any [redacted] priced at a little less than $2500. While laying on the [redacted] Cloud Supreme (the model in which I later purchased, [redacted] said, I did not have to look any further because "If you find the same [redacted] anywhere else, we will not only price match it, but give you an additional 20% off." About 3 hours after arriving to the store & multiple trips back due to [redacted] messing up not only the amount I put down in the paperwork (which would have left her to foot a $400 difference), but then claiming I gave her $100 less than I did (as she counted the money wrong),delivery information, &most importantly spelling my name wrong (voiding my 25 yr warranty) I got home & on [redacted] site itself the same mattress and Ergo primere base I just purchased over $100 cheaper. Right away I called &told her, followed by her calling her[redacted] & them both going on the site & seeing for themselves. They priced matched my order, but neglected my 20%, in which it clearly states on the back on my receipt. I've spoke with [redacted] &[redacted] telling me I'm not getting what the advertised, both verbally & in black & white print. I have the printouts of it being cheaper elsewhere, then 32 mins after I called, the other company changed their price to match SleepysDesired Settlement: [redacted] offered me my $200 mattress protector for free due to the horrible experience at Sleepy's with[redacted], but I told him I am not satisfied. Sleepy's owes me 20% ($866.60 after the price match of $107, which they did right away to cover themselves). When I called [redacted] themselves they were already aware of the advertisement &said they were going to work with Sleepys to handle the situation, but I would most likely not get 20%. I have been calling for 10 days now& have records to prove so.
