I bought an Easman Mattress on Black Friday. OMG this this the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Mattress Gallery Direct really made us feel at home and that is important to me. They gave us a unbeatable deal I I checked everywhere in town. No other store came close.

I am very pleased with the service that Mattress Gallery Direct has provided. My husband and I purchased 2 months ago and wanted to wait to review until we had plenty of time to adjust to the new mattress. The salesman was very kind and helpful. The delivery men were very respectful. It has been an all around great experience.

Our initial experience was great. Service was friendly and delivery was prompt. The problem arose when after about 1 year of purchasing our Englander mattress, it developed a hump in the middle of the bed and huge dips on each side. We were directed to take pictures and submit them to the warranty claims. We submitted 2-3 sets of pictures with different positions and measurements in which we were advised this was not measured correctly or it was done in a wrong manner. We are approaching 2 years since the purchase of this bed and still the dips and hump continue to worsen. We are starting to experience physical pain and poor sleep patterns as a result of this Englander product. We are committed to doing what is right even at additional cost to us, Holding the dealer/manufacturer accountable for product warranty and customer satisfaction.

I just purchased 2 twin beds for my kids, and I couldn't be happier.

We went into this store simply looking at our options for a mattress. Not only was the salesman trying to get us to sign papers without asking if we wanted to buy it, he then pulled out a "Revdex.com" notebook. He told us he didn't want to bad mouth anyone but that he wanted to show us the ratings of other mattress stores in the area. He showed us their 2013 rating of A+ and turned the page to show us [redacted] (not corporately owned)'s rating of F also from 2013. It's 2015, so the ratings are old and inaccurate. I don't feel that the Revdex.com would support their rating being used to bad mouth other businesses. That was our entire reasoning for walking out and going to a corporate owned [redacted]. We did not sign any papers with them nor did we tell them our names, but we went in on May 9, 2015.
