Mattress Galaxy

Review: I purchased a mattress on December 8th for 1,400.00 dollars. I had the mattress delivered to my apartment on December 16th. I attempted to use the bed for two nights and it is not what I need. I have called the business 5 times during business hours and have left 4 messages for the owner(s) to contact me about returning the mattress. I have made contact once with the store. The owner told me that she would call me back and has failed to do so. They continue to not respond to phone calls for support with the return of the bed. I firmly believe they are ignoring my phone calls in an attempt to push the attempted return past the 30 days stated on the purchase agreement. I will be left with a bed I cannot use and will have lost the money. I am permanently disabled and not able to go to the store in person. They are aware of this limitation.Desired Settlement: I need to return the mattress that I cannot use. I NEED someone to call me back or answer the business phone during business hours to complete this return. I live on a fixed income and I need my money back to use towards the purchase of a mattress that meets my needs.
