Mattress Firm

My wife and I bought a split king size bed, which came with adjustable bed frames during the Memorial Day sales. I put down $180.00 (10%), due to safety features on my bank account and then paid the remainder of the $1634.73 soon afterwards. The bed/s were to be delivered in almost two weeks on the 12th of June. On the 11th of June, we missed a phone call message from Mattress Firm. The next day, delivery day, I called and found out that the delivery would not happen because one of the twin xl mattresses hadn't even been manufactured yet. The missing mattress might not be available until July now, so I cancelled the entire order of $1814.73. I received a confirmation email for the refund on the 12th of June, which I was told would take several days to hit our bank due to the amount. The following week, I followed up and was told 5-7 business days for the refund. So on June 22nd, I observed the original amount of $180.00, but nothing else. My bank requested I contact Mattress Firm to report the delay of my refund, which I was told they've never experienced before. At this point, my money is being held hostage and preventing us from buying any other bed, since we threw out our old bedroom outfit prior to the original delivery date of June 12th!!!
