Did you try to contact the finance company and have them explain it to you? I have double checked all of your paperwork and we submitted everything correctly. Your issue lies with the finance comapny.[redacted]

First of all, I do not appreciate being condescended to. I do not need to be explained anything. I understand perfectly that your employee [redacted] is rude and dishonest, and that he is attempting to cover himself and his interests. The proof is in the paperwork, which was attached to the complaint. Furthermore, I will be telling every person I know over social media and in person of the horrible experience I have had with this "business."
