Mattox Concrete Construction

On July 20, 2019, my wife signed a contract with ***, owner of Mattox Concrete, Construction Inc., to have our driveway, apron and city sidewalk replaced with concrete. The work also included Finish consisting of Float with Saw Cut, Cured and Sealed. The work began on July 29th and the old concrete was removed and the stonebase with wiremesh was completed. The new concrete was then poured and saw cut within a week, however, the last step of sealing the concrete was never done. We have been in contact with *** several times through the rest of the season where he has made appointments with us and did not show up to seal the concrete. We started contacting him again earlier this month and he still has not come through for us again. We are concerned that our new concrete will be damaged due to going all winter without it being sealed and protected. *** himself stated that it should be sealed before winter, yet he did not complete the work as stated on the contract.
