I told her from day 1 that metal roofs and gutters don't mix well. 2nd there was no say of snow stops in contract. I fixed the porch and gutter as best to be. The porch railing is rotted out. The gutter goes into MDF board. So there is not much support and I told her that when we where doing the... roof. I will get there and do snow slides as she's asked. Just I'm a little busy and trying to work into my time frame and after that I will not be in contact with her.

Matt called and stated he is over a month and a half behind with all the unpredictable weather this yearHe said he will get it done before winter, but she is just going to have to be patientHis worker that lived out that way moved out of state, otherwise it would have been done alreadyHe will try to make it out by the end of September to drop off the stops and fix the soffit piece
