I have a TritoHD by Drive power chair, I informed Matrix that chair was not working a month agoI was told Stephen was out of town but would fix or replace chair week before ChristmasI attempted to call daily during week of Dec 18-I left many messages but got no responseI have been using manual chair and now have large wound on back of right leg due to getting in and out of this manual chairI have pronounced weakness on right side related to MSI am not ale to get manual chair up ramp to get into my van so had to cancel Doctors apptsI also could not attend any family Christmas gatheringsSince the chair came from Matrix they are responsible for repiarsChair is less than year old
