I have been dealing with this company since MayI have a CPAP machine and when they guy brought my machine to me initially, he hardly explained anything to meI found out just two days ago that it was supposed to have two filters and he had only given me oneCome to find out that the guy that brought it out is no longer with the companyWhen I called to find out if I was in compliance, the guy I talked to said he would email me the informationI called four times about thatNever happenedThen he was supposed to mail me the informationNever happenedWhen I called back, the girl I talked to said he no longer worked thereWhenever I call the answering service, they say that they will contact the person on call and have them call meTwice I called and left messagesNo return callThis is the WORST companyMy two daughters have different companies for their CPAP supplies and they don't have any trouble with themI told my doctor about Matrix Medical and he said if I continued to have problems that he will assign another companyI intend to do that the next time I see my doctorI had another mask delivered a couple of days agoThey were supposed to be here between 1-5pmFinally showed up at 5:40pm! I called to check on if they were still coming and the girl told me that they have no way of calling the delivery person to find outwhere they wereTotally unacceptable!

When I called to find out if I was in compliance, the guy I talked to said he would email me the information. I called four times about that. Never happened. Then he was supposed to mail me the information. Never happened. When I called back, the girl I talked to said he no longer worked there.
