because:
Bill M[redacted] is clearly deflecting from the problem. As stated in the original complaint I am representing my parents and have been given permission to do so. I live at the residence full time , and my parents only part time .  At the time of the complaint  my mother and I were at the house, and she was ill from chemotherapy . 
He has also is declining to talk to my dad about aything business related and has implied that future conversations would be with a lawyer and that he's considering a lawsuit against me for slander. 
 
Through this entire process he has not shown any intent to finish the work or reimburse us for work not finished. He instead is using scare tactics in hopes that we would drop the issue.  
 
At this time we have a detailed list of issues that have kept Bill from finishing the work .  90% of the issues are definitely personal , and the 10% are only applicable if we had the ability to think that Bill has not been lying to us. We also have the original contract, and copies of the transactions that gave Bill money to complete the job.  All these show that he's had everything he's needed, including ample time , to complete the job. We are preparing ourselves for a lawsuit from Bill, but if he continues to deflect and is content to leave the problem unresolved then we will most likely pursue legal action .

I was not aware, that the Revdex.com would post alligations
made by a complaintant, that is not even a customer..
