business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Regards,[redacted]He did not put the process he would take to fix the leak IN WRITING.  What he told my husband over the phone in June, sounded good, but we want it IN WRITING.  We are very hesitant to agree verbally again without the step by step process of what he is going to do to fix the leak without it being IN WRITING because last November (on the phone) when he promised he would dig the whole thing up and fix it, he did not  -- he poured cement which is not what he agreed to on the phone, nor did it fix the leak.  Offering money is not going to fix the leak.  If he is unsure of how to fix it permanently so that it will not leak, then he needs to say that and he can pay the bill for someone else, at our choosing, to fix it.
