Mathews Outdoor Products

In August of 2019 we purchased a starter set of their Cajun Dragon products. It was sold to us with the explicit guarantee of a buy back if we didn't sell them. We didn't sell one. On November 26 we received from Rhonda Webre a Return Authorization number. We held onto the product until Jan 13 because of the winter season coming upon us, thinking they might sell when ice and snow are present. They didn't. So on Jan 13, 2020 we returned all the product in good, re-saleable condition.

I have called and emailed repeatedly and haven't heard back from anyone at the company. We have not received our refund either.

Not good business.
