Matheson Gas

Propane tank was leaking. Company told me coming out was on their time. Came on our property, Trespassed through double gate and took take while we had paid for the tank. Never to my knowledge checked the tank for leaks and all the gas in the tank, 45 gal from a fill in March 2023 was gone.

Filled my tank in March 2023 and May 10 2023 it was empty . Tried to get them to check for leaks and they told me could not due until next week. After many discussions they came into my yard and removed the tank while everything was pais and I was still under contract
