Negative experience overall! The front desk people lacked customer service skills and were not friendly at allThere was a blonde woman who seemed to be a manager/scheduler who was really rudeShe told me I was in the wrong waiting area for my haircut and was really rude about itI used Mateos for my wedding day and really regret itMy hair stylist *** took one of my bridesmaids before me, which was fine, but she was so focused on getting her as a new client that she ran into my time slotMy mom had to interrupt her to tell her that I was going to be late to my wedding if she didn't take meYou would think it would be common sense to focus on the bride! Didn't really have an overall good experience with ***She did my trial hair too (pre-wedding) and was on her phone a lot and not really customer service focused for the money chargedI had *** do my makeup and she was mediocreAnother woman (possibly ***?) did my mom's makeup and she was amazing! I wish I had known about her ahead of time*** also did my mom's hair and he did a really amazing jobHe is also the one who noticed I wasn't getting my hair done as the bride and suggested we interrupt *** to take meI would not go back!
