Matchstick literary once author Pro now Clicksage charged me, Chris Tatevosian more than $12,000 as directed by the manager, Michelle Gomez, who Instructed my marketing director, Dave Belfort, to charge me for one service after another and to me being a first time author went along for the more than $13,000 ride. set up services to market my book, Life Interrupted, It's Not All About Me. Matchstick has since published my book and they have been selling it for more than two years without providing me any royalties. This organization is a big scam… Beware!

I was approached by then Author Pro in April/2018 (now changed to Matchstick Literary) for a publicity package featuring an online publicity package. I initially signed up for the publicity package under a payment plan but paid out the balance in July/2018. The online publicity package has yet to be completed, last contact with this company (2 months ago - March 2019) they advised this online publicity was "in progress". To date nothing further has been advised or completed. In addition return of my email, phone calls, etc is a very rare occurrence. As far as I can tell there is no senior management at this company or the staff is unwilling to share this information. Highly dissatisfied with their level of professionalism and/or quality of service.
