I believe I’ve been scammed by this website.

This website is a complete and total scam. The email isn't legitimate. There is no way to seek customer service. I ordered an air conditioner and received a useless small plastic toy about the size of a quarter for $75.00. *** has been useless in refunding me the money, they say that the transaction is legit because there was a tracking number. A tracking number for a plastic piece of trash! Perhaps I should be complaining about ***.

I had ordered the *** in Glass Portable Ultimate Hybrid Base Basketball System on April 7, 2020. I did not receive the item that I had ordered. Instead what I received in the mail was a small plastic frog. I am extremely upset because I was really looking forward to getting my basketball hoop.
