I retained Christopher *** to resolve several cases of student loans that had been dismissed via another lawyers office but were still being reported on my creditMr*** requested up front to help me get these off of my creditIt is a year later and Nothing has been fixedI never got to meet Mr***, the day I went in to meet him they requested all the money up front and after paying I spoke with a paralegal who collected all my informationAll they did was file a dispute with the credit agencies and nothing else has been doneI have been trying to get in touch with the office for a week now and the phone rings but no one answers! I finally got an answering machine after it rang times and I left a message for someone to return my calls, but no response yet! Do Not Give them your money! I got ripped off so will you!
They claimed they settled a suit for me. Had it dismissed. Have repeatedly ask for confirmation by email. No emails yet. Gave them a 1000.00 retainer. Every time I spoke with them it was more money. I have paid them over 3000.00. They are still wanting 500.00 more. I could have paid the account off with the amount of money I have paid them. I have also repeatedly ask for a printout of what my charges were for. Not received yet! Not very pleased. I am glad I have not received any calls from the collection agency. But I still have no proof in writing was was done are what my payments are for. Just feel I should not owe them more money.
