Review: Masters Window Tinting installed the remote start in my car in April, 2013. I spoke with [redacted] and was quoted a priced of $275, which I paid in full upon completion. The problem I was experiencing after installation is that the remote start was setting off the alarm from time to time and was becoming an extremely frustrating issue. I called and spoke to [redacted] about this on numerous occasions and he put me in contact with someone named [redacted] to discuss the issue.

Over the course of over a year in an attempt to correct the issue, I had left countless unanswered messages for [redacted]. I even had multiple conversations with [redacted] assuring me that he himself would contact [redacted] and set up a time for him to fix the problem, but I was getting absolutely nowhere. Finally, after 15 months I decided to my car to a different auto shop.Desired Settlement: When I brought my car to another shop, it was explained to me that the that the remote start was installed incorrectly and interfered with the car alarm causing it to be set off. The alarm should have been removed entirely and the auto start was to replace it.

It cost me $200 for the proper repairs and I would like to be reimbursed for this sum.
