complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[Owe the business what money? Absolutely NO money is owed!!! Everything was paid in FULL before the "job" was even completed!!! You think that extra work was done?  Maybe in the form of you fixing something that was messed up by your totally lack of knowledge on how to even do the job in the first place. Also con you out of what? The unprofessional job that was done to my home? Everything except the floor had to be fixed in some way. The business owner even admitted he would have done a better job if he would have been given the whole house to fix. Thank goodness it wasn't and a real contractor came and fixed the appalling work that had been done. As you can see from the pictures attached, that is clearly not quarter round that would be safe in a home and the business owner said that only a couple were that way and that he thought it would be ok because it was only on the back of it.  ]
