Mr. M[redacted] was hired to complete a 2nd-opinion appraisal and write up a critique of a previous appraisal that was completed by a different appraiser, both of which were to be used in a court proceeding. Mr. M[redacted] performed the appraisal on September 3rd, promising a 10-14 day turnaround. His appraisal wasn't completed until day 21 and never completed the critique. He did not respond to several weeks of phone calls and inquiries from his attorney client, and eventually said he would complete the critique (one day before the court hearing), and never completed it which rendered his work unusable, but still required payment from his client.
