After Hurricane Matthew we noticed a split in a tree in our backyardWe got the name and number for MastercareWe contacted them for an estimate for the tree removalThe only method of communication was through emailNo one ever picked up the phoneThey were supposed to come and do the estimate 10/23/16, but actually did not do it until 11/1/They told us they would put us on their scheduleUnfortunately on 11/4/the tree fell on our homeI immediately called and left a messageI also emailed and received a response from Stephanie stating that they would put us on the schedule ASAP at a higher priceThe date given was 11/8/The day came and went with no sign of MastercareAgain we left several messages and sent emails with absolutely no response! We contacted another company who removed the tree from our house the next day 11/10/We now have significant roof damage that will need further repair and costHad Mastercare worked in a timely fashion, the tree would have been removed with no roof damageTo this day, we still have not gotten a return phone call or email from themI would NOT recommend them to anyoneVery poor customer service [redacted] Murrells Inlet, South Carolina
