What a terrible company to deal with. The person named Victoria is extremely rude and unprofessional; was communicating with me in a very rude way. Victoria also threatened me that will disconnect my service even though I ALWAYS pay on time. The company was charging my credit card for my services and for other account that I have nothing to do with. Victoria was not able to help me, when I asked to talk to the supervisor, she could not connect me with him either to provide his contact info. Now, my service is disconnected on my cell phone while my daughter who is on my account has regular services. How unprofessional is that; the customer service should definitely consider hiring new crew. If nothing will get changed I will contact Revdex.com.
Review: I tried to disconnect service at my house in upstate NY because we almost never go there since my husband has become ill. I called to politely disconnect service. The agent, "[redacted]" was rude, bossy, and refused to disconnect the service, with a list of excuses. I then called my husband's daughter to ask her to call to disconnect and the same agent was even ruder to her. We asked for a supervisor, but another agent, "[redacted]" ID #[redacted] came to the phone and gave another list of bogus excuses as to why she would not disconnect the service. We should not have to go through this for a "no contract" $10 a month plan!Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the last 2 months and a DISCONNECT for future service. Also, a CONFIRMATION in writing that this has been done and an apology from the company for such rude, disrespectful treatment.
