event and as she stated soon joined our program for you young son. We do require students to enroll on term membership agreements and at the time Mrs. [redacted] chose our Little Tiger(4-5 yr old program) With unforeseen circumstances such as moving we do not make it a hassle for student to cancel her program. She began her child with us on 4/23/15 and we unfortunately did have a chance to work with her son very often. I do recall having a conversation with Mrs. [redacted] about her moving situation and ask that she write a letter for our records for cancelation. I did at this point call our Billing Company to have payment stopped which is where things left off. We had not collected any Tuition on the account and I dug in further of the situation and to find out the credit card on file was not valid as to why the payment  went into collections. Often credit card expiration dates change and are not updated  or for some reason the card info was incorrect. I know our billing company "Affiliated Acceptance Corporation" does send several letters and phone calls the client.    On 9/18/17 I did receive a call from Mrs. [redacted] informing me of the conflict she has with the account reflecting on her credit report. I immediately apologized and called our billing company to make sure both payment attempts were cancelled and to also have this incident removed from her credit. To confirm everything I did call my billing company today 10/16/2017 to follow up that they did remove this from her Credit Report as of 9/31/17. I am not sure how long it would reflect on her credit report but it has been removed.[redacted]
