Review: When I had the 2 screens installed, I signed my original purchase order and the Installer told me that was all I had to do for the remainder of the bill would be to sign here,the original purchase order line 2, and it would be put on the same card as the down payment. Perfect, I said. There was never a charge put on my Visa as of 10-**-13. I never received an email or bill since installation. Now, 10-**-11 I receive a bill from a collection agency!! I'm appalled. I have every intention of paying this bill, but for them not to reach out on their end and just send it to collection is just wrong. I have stellar credit and for them to do this is slander.Desired Settlement: I would like some sort of compensation for such a rude act and an apology. Thank you.
