Master Tune Ups

I went to master tune ups on Rush Street to get my car repaired, a car that I recently had bought from them. The Manager/Owner of the business was who helped me came out and I let him know of the problems with the car. He then went on to check the car for issues and came back to say the tie-rods were causing the problem. It also had 3 dry rotted tires which he agreed to replace, all 3 tires continued to go flat. So I understand that buying a used car (2006) will have maintenance, issues so I agreed to keep the car and let him fix the problems. I was told to bring the car back at a later date and he would have the parts, the Manager Requested for Me to Pay for a portion of the parts after we discussed repair options at which that point I felt I had no other option. I left my portion of the Money (on a credit card) with the Manager and haven't been able to get my car seen since. I have tried to call numerous times in-which I am ignored. I finally got in-touch with the Manager today who was super nasty and told me he threw away the parts. I do have the Text from the Manager On my phone, I didn't understand why the Manager was being this way I just was trying to get this problem solved. Still the car has the same problems that it had when I went to get it repaired.Product_Or_Service: Vehicle Repair / Tie-rods / TiresDesired SettlementI would like to receive the money I had left that day or I just want to make sure that nothing like this happens to anyone else. My experience with this business has been the worst car buying situation I have ever had. Its terrible that a business like this operates in my community.
