I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
I payed ACR for all products and services received and have a receipt and cancelled checks to prove it.   To resolve this to my satisfaction, I want a notarized release of lien on my residence from Master Tile and an apology for all the harassment I have had to deal with.

Mr. [redacted] needs to get his Release of Lien from ACR, because that is who he paid.  He did not pay Master Tile.  The material was purchased by ACR directly from Master Tile, and to date has not been paid for.
