Truly an angel todayMy go to plumber refused to come out today due to weather, and they came out and restored water to my homeHe even changed route when a road closure prevented him from comingMore than fairly priced, and could not have been kinder! Will be my new plumber on call and referral as well!

[redacted] called from the businessHe said that the “89.95” is the advertised prize but that is for a week day during work hoursThis customer contacted the business over the weekend; that included a service charge of “89.95” off the batThe customer toilet needed to be removed for the amount of waste that had backed up in the toilet and the bath tubThis trip called for a charge for $to remove and reset the toilet, snake is $He was given discounts for military service and a senior citizenThey agreed to $for the final priceBefore the business was able to use their tools the customer’s daughter did not feel that this price was acceptableThe business did not charge the customer the trip charge since she was so upset that it was more than a week trip would beThe customer was not charged for the estimate or the evaluation of the job

When we called them with our problem: water was coming through the kitchen ceiling, they came right away even though it was a SaturdayThey were efficient and courteous and were able to locate and fix the problem in a timely mannerI would definitely recommend them
