I signed a contract with this company a few months ago Since then, my husband was diagnosed with Liver Cancer On top of which I was ripped off by another contractor, not associated with MasterShield, in the amount of $13, Clearly, these are unforeseen circumstances and we need every dollar we have left for my husband's healthcare needs My husband and I are senior citizens I paid MasterShield $1,deposit on a $16,contract I have been trying to reach the owner, Gene Pierson for several weeks and I feel we may be getting the run around as I am told he is constantly on vacation We did not have paint colors selected nor a start date for the work I offered them to keep my deposit and to please release us from the contract What I received from the production manager was "Gene agreed to keep the contract open." What does this mean I have begged them to release us from the contract and have some compassion How can I speak to MrGene Pierson who seems to be the only person who can make this decision Tom K*** has responded to me but seems cannot make the decision to release us from the contract The company is not out any monies at all, they have NOT purchased any supplies or paint and I am offering my $deposit to just release me from the contract Suzanne R*** I am hoping this may get to MrPierson and he will have compassion on usAt this time, based on the non-response of MrPierson, I would have to give a negative experience, unfortunately

Clearly, these are unforeseen circumstances and we need every dollar we have left for my husband's healthcare needs. My husband and I are senior citizens. I paid MasterShield $1,500 deposit on a $16,500 contract. I have been trying to reach the owner, Gene Pierson for several weeks and I feel we may be getting the run around as I am told he is constantly on vacation. We did not have paint colors selected nor a start date for the work. I offered them to keep my deposit and to please release us from the contract.
