Hello, this is *** *** the CEO of Master Fast Repair, I'm emailing the proof and evidence that I have already communicated with my client regarding the claim number ***, after all my manager and I explained to her that her phone has physical and internal damages she still want
to complain and get us to buy her a brand new phone and I told her that's not possible and we won't be buying her another phone and we will not even help her to fix the phone because we've already have worked on her phone more than once and we already have put brand new LCD screens her phone still not working good the fist day we have fixed her phone it was working perfect and we told her to check and make sure everything works fine before she leave out shopShe did check her phone and confirmed with us that everything is working and thank youThe she show up at the shop few more times and kept on complaining and we still helped her even though we have told her it's an internal damage that we can not fix she still didn't care and stated to be a trouble makerSo my company does not offer anytime of replacement under any circumstances because when the phone get dropped there might be other interdental damages that would not appear in the beginningIn addition, she might have have dropped her phone after we fixed itAlso we have a policy that is attached on my place it's visible and clean it's her responsibility to read and make sure if that's the right place to fix her phone or notIf you guys want me to send you the email between the client and my supervisor I can send you all of that too
