Master duct called customer after she posted the complaint and explained to her about the fees that she was charged and about the warranty.We regret that the customer felt she was pressured into upgrading to the bacteria treatment service,we are obligated to let her know if any kind of bacteria is
developing in her system.Customer agreed to a partial refund that the company offered for the inconvenience.We hope we were able to answer and help with all of the concerns and questions that were brought to our attention
