Master Car Wash at Chevron

Review: I went to service my vehicle, to have a change oil and detailed car wash for my car.I paid for change oil and detailed car wash. When I picked up the car 15 minutes before they close, it was dirty inside and at the back. It was not vacuumed and shampooed.It was my first time there, the lady said the detailed wash is what they call the prestige wash. It says there that there is vacuum and shampoo but they did not. I was looking for the manager but they said the Manager is not there. They said the following day to call because they are closing. When I called the following day they guy said he will call the manager. someone spoke to me but still not the manager. They kept insisting they vacuumed and shampooed but they did not. I even had a friend with me that day and she also said it was so dirty and not vacuumed and shapooed. They would not refund my money. They did not do what I wanted for the car. Even without refund, they would not vacuum and shampoo the car.Desired Settlement: Just refund the money and I will look for a different service station.
