Offer for a refund was denied and no exchanges were offered. Created an ad for the sale of a house. I was not getting any feedback from the ad. Searched for the ad and it was never available as promised. Real Estate agent mentioned I needed to take the ad down so I asked masslive if I could use some of the credit from the 30 days period for a different ad. I was denied any options and they took my money and ran. Very unfair to a consumer. Desired SettlementI would like a complete refund as in my opinion masslive never posted the ad they said they would and then offer no support. Business' Initial Response The advertiser ran a Real Estate ad on MassLive.com that was not getting response. We at MassLive.com nor any media can guarantee a response to an advertisement. The advertiser choose to use a real estate agent and not complete the order in its entirety. In regards to the change of categories as with most Internet service providers we do not allow the switch from one Business line to another. Since additional rate(s) may need to be charged. It is the assumption of the service that it has fulfilled the service as agreed and assumed that any additional service will be charged and paid for by the advertiser. By using the site (MassLive) all users accept the user agreement which is clearly labeled on all pages and recommended that user read them. Here is a link to our Advertising Agreement which is also clearly labeled and listed in our eCommerce platform http://www.masslive.com/advertisingagreement/. While we not give a credit or a resumption of service based on the terms outlined above. We at MassLive.com value every user and advertiser and saddened to here of the advertisers experience with our service as many thousands of advertiser have a positive experience. We do not wish to leave a feeling that we are not an advocate of our customers.
