Over all the clothing no complaints now customer service isn't so good you email them no response back call no answer or on a long hold if I could give 0 STARS I would but can't so 1 star an not gold. I wouldn't refer this company.

companies.That said, I contacted our in house credit dept. and asked about the increases you requested.The following is what I have been told.Per [redacted] in credit, your K Jordan, Masseys & Stoneberry have all been increased to $250.00 but this could take up to one week to complete.Your Mason Easy-Pay cannot be increased at this time. Please do not shop with this company especially if you have a credit account. Their accounting practices are atrocious.I have an ongoing dispute since 12/30/16 when they had a confirmed computer problem on their website which said a payment was not processed. I advised if a system error comes up do not attempt to proceed a second time to process a payment. Although the system said it was a problem and the transaction did not give a confirmation number, it did take my money from the debit transaction. I was issued a refund for one transaction, however I am still owed $50. I have sent them my supporting documents to show what was taken from my bank account. I faxed them the information twice to the accounting department, once to the credit department and I sent a formal dispute via certified mail return receipt. I have yet to be credited $50 to my account or refunded this amount. I called a few minutes ago because Pat Coyle signed for the certified letter on 2/13/17 and no one contacted me or responded to me about this ongoing discrepancy.
Review: I placed an order for 2 pair of shoes using the Masseys credit and a coupon. One pair was on backorder. I received the first pair. I made an order for another pair of shoes. I received the pair on backorder and returned them. I made several calls regarding the returned pair and the pair I was waiting for since I was in the process of moving during the month of June. I was constantly told to call back. I only have 1 (ONE) pair of shoes. Today I received a statement in the mail for $205 and I called the credit department of Masseys. After 45 minutes on the phone they connected me with customer service and they gave me information to relay so it would be easier to understand what has already taken place. I spoke with someone in customer service and as I was telling her what the credit department told me to tell her, she told me to shut up and let her talk. I asked to speak to someone else and she told me to hang up and all back that I may get someone else. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me she will get a supervisor to the phone when she is done listening to all my calls to them, she laughed at me then put me on hold. When the supervisor answered she told me that the notes staed that I was returning the shoes in July and that it is now September and it is too late to call regarding them.
I have been calling over and over for months because it is affecting my credit. I asked how they can say I had no contact with them when they themselves told me they have notes on my calls? She told me there was nothing she could do. I asked for a corporate address and number but she would only give me the main address. I asked for her name and after a short pause, she said [redacted]. She told me it would take hours to get the mname of the girl who transfered the call to her. I've followed all of their direction and continued my contact with them yet they will not fix the problem.Desired Settlement: I only have 1 pair of shoes.
Correct my bill to contain the one pair of shoes that I ordered. Apply the % coupon for the pair of shoes as well as the shipping. Correct my credit report for all 3 agencies.
Review: Today I received a catalog from Massey's with a pre-approved credit offer with it. I never contacted this company. I never gave them my information. They are illegally contacting me since I never asked them to contact me.
My concern with these pre-approved credit offers for companies like this is that if someone were to get their hands on this catalog they would be able to call and open an account in my name and charge up a huge amount purchasing stuff and I would be responsible for their purchases.
I feel it is illegal for companies to check my credit report and send pre-approved credit offers like this. And I have no clue how they managed to check my credit report as they would have to know my name, social security number, and birthdate, in addition to my address.
If someone gave my information to Massey's they that company should also be held accountable for this deed.Desired Settlement: I demand that Massey's remove every bit of my information from their computer systems.
I want written confirmation that all my information has been removed by them.
If someone else gave them my information I demand to know who gave my information to them so that I can file a formal complaint against that company also.
Continued contact by Massey's will result in legal action.
Review: I ordered a pair of shoes from Masseys.com the evening of 1/6/2016, order no. 53603930 . I called the business the morning of 1/7/2016 to cancel the order and was told it had been shipped! This was less than 24 hours after placing the order. Lo and behold, shortly after my call I received notice via email that the order had been shipped. I do not believe this, and this company charges an enormous amount to return an item. I informed them that I would refuse the order when it arrived. I have had problems with this company in the past and will remember this time not to order from them. What I want is to not receive any shipping charges, return charges, or bills of any kind from this company.Desired Settlement: No charges of any kind from this company.
Review: I sent a down payment in the form of a postal money order. I track the payment. USPS stated that it was delivered sat. September 5, 2015. Masseys customer service is saying the never received the payment and they have. Im having a problem with this store because they haven't mailed me the merchandise and they have received the payment. This the tracking number with the USPS 7 I have called the store 4 times and they continue to tell me they never received the payment. The complaint states she was not given a refund for the original shipping charge of $19.99.
It is stated in the catalog under Masseys Guarantee (Sorry, shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.)
We will however make a one-time exception and credit back the Ez-Pay account the $19.99.
Going forward the shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customer service [redacted]s.I ordered a pair of boots and shortly returned them,they charged me for shipping and handling plus added a finance charge to it .I asked for them to waive the finance charges so I could pay the bill she told me no because they have done it twice already in the past.Umm,I do not recall me ever asking them to do anything like that and so that was [redacted]!
Review: I purchased 2 items in which I returned both of them. Order # 54785590- timberland bethel boot $209.95 delivered 11/24/15 and Order # 54989846 the nine west kacie boot $ 128.95 delivered 12/18/15 both items have been delivered to Massey's per my USPS confirmations. and I have been calling them regarding issuing credit back into my account and they continue to give me a round around.Desired Settlement: I want the totaL $338.90 TO BE CREDITED BACK INTO MASSEY'S ACCOUNT.

Review: Masseys has an online policy to add additional accounts to already existing accounts. Therefore they use that as an excuse to double charge you. I wanted to understand how this works. I asked why if I go to my existing acct to make an order should another acct be opened? They refused to explain how this continues to happen.
I have been a great customer always paid on time never had any issue until I had there Supervisor hang up on me today. I mentioned that I felt it was a scam.
That when the second supervisor said she was no longer speak to me any longer.Desired Settlement: I expect if it's found that I owe theses funds I will pay. I want an apology for the horrible CS.
I want my acct.rectified and my credit fixed by massey.

MS [redacted] is correct in the fact that Internet orders always create a new account.
This is something our company has been working to correct but unfortunately the fix is still being worked on.
There are messages that show all payments and returns have been credited to her accounts.
Going forward when an order is placed the following account number should be used (44757375) this will assure duplicate accounts are not created.
In the complaint the amount of $54.56 was mentioned.
That amount was for item 179226 for $19.95, $21.99 was for shipping on the entire order and $7.95 for the return label.
Those charges were credited in the amount of $54.56 from order 47954661 account 50279844.
All previous accounts have a zero balance.
