purchased dodge charger from massengill on 11/20/13. drove car 1 day as soon as it got hot transmission begin to shudder.owner sold me a lemon.bought car on 11/20/13. on window was displayed new redman motor.I asked dealer was the transmission in good condition he replied yes no problem. I drove it to the bank for the loan and there was no problem,until the next day when it was drove a distance and got hot the transmission begin to slip and shudder.the oil light came on that night and it had to be towed from my front yard.owner picked up car from work the next day after I complained of torque converter shudder again and he poured lubricant in transmission fluid, which to me was admission he knew it had a problem.drove it for a couple of days and shudder was bck. this time when I called he told me I was being paranoid to just drive the car. took it to transmission business and had them to drive it and they told me it was in the torque converter.went back to him and told the what he said and the owner proceeded to curse at me and said all they wanted him to do was purchase a new transmission and he was not paying for any [redacted] thing. now im stuck with a 10,000 dollar loan to pay off and a car with a baaaaddd transmission that I cannot afford to fix. im very sick and told hiom I needed a dependable vehicle to go bck and forth to my appointment and he unloaded a heap on a defenseless woman.Desired SettlementI want the transmission replaced or my money returned to the bank so I can pay for a decent vehicle.
