Review: My wife and I scheduled massages for both of us. The store charged our credit card for the reservation. I realized we had a prior engagement and within 30 minutes, we called and ask to reschedule the appointment to tomorrow morning. They informed us that they could not reschedule our appointment and would be charging our credit card. I was shocked. They would not work with us. I asked if I was going to come tomorrow, they would charge me again and they said, "Yes, we don't allow no-shows". I told them this is unethical - we were asking to reschedule and they charged us anyways. Very unethical practices.
