When I tried to deliver by hand my written typed Notice of Cancellation of Membership (after over years of membership) as provided in my original signed contract with Massage Envy Shea, the manager tried to get me to sign another agreement - which after reading was so full of conflicts with each prior statement, I refused to sign same
All I did was hand her a typewritten letter stating I was cancelling my membership pursuant to the contract attached hereto and wanted her to sign RECEIVED THIS LETTER ON THIS DAY AND THAT IS ALLShe refused to sign for receipt stating she did not want to stipulate to the contents of the letterI said I am just asking you as this sentence says to sign for receipt of this letter and attachmentsShe would only do so if I signed her (extension and NEW AGREEMENT)I hesitated and finally got her to sign for receipt and the I refused t sign her new Agreement which was full of flaws
Like her notice of increase of fees for monthly membership letter was full of flaws I , as I ADVISE ALL OF YOU NOT TO SIGN ANYTHING WITHOUT FIRST DISCUSSING IT WITH YOUR ATTORNEY THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO GET YOU TO SIGN AWAY ANY AND ALL RIGHTS YOU HAVE
I ADVISE YOU NOT TO SIGN ANY MEMBERSHIP CONTRACTS THEY ARE FULL OF CONTRODICTIONS
