Hello,My home location, where I originally signed up is the [redacted] ***This is the same address that I originally submittedI have misplaced the month contractPrior to contacting the Revdex.com I spoke with the manager and account services at the Pickerington location about the fulfilled contractIt was stated that I still had another months service, but they are not correctThey are not reflecting massages and facials that I receivedThank you [redacted]

Prior to contacting the Revdex.com I spoke with the manager and account services at the Pickerington location about the fulfilled contract. It was stated that I still had another months service, but they are not correct. They are not reflecting massages and facials that I received. Thank you[redacted]

This complaint does not belong to our location. Every Massage Envy is individually owned and operated. [redacted] would have to contact her home location, the location in which she originally signed up in, in order to address her complaint.

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me. I am however, requesting evidence of the collections removal. I also believe that since my credit has been impacted because of the inaccurate credit reporting that there should be some type of compensation. Regards,
