We did attempt to work with her to bring her account current but our attempts to satisfy [redacted] were unsuccessful. We have refunded her most recent payment on December 12, 2014 in the amount of $59.99 and have cancelled her agreement and membership with Massage Envy Spa. This will relinquish any services affiliated with the agreement since the membership will no longer be recognized. We do value all of our clients including, [redacted] and wish her the very best in the future. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any further questions or comments.
