Massage Envy Spa - Avondale

I signed up for a 1 year agreement for $59.00 a month for monthly massages and it expired in september of 2014, now they charged my debit card again and told me that I was on a monthly renewal basis and that was in the contract I signed. The girl never explained that important point to me and only told me I was signing a one year agreement, which I understood and paid. They also do not give me a copy of the contract and skim over to bait n switch you to get your money. I have since been online and there are literally hundreds of complaints against them for the same thing. This business is a scam and needs to be shut down. They are ripping people off and getting away with it.
