Massage Envy San Marcos

The customer service at this location is lacking in consistency in upholding establishment rules. I have a massage membership in which I am supposed to receive a punch on my punch card every time I pre book an appointment. I live out of town and pre book my appointments over the phone. I am told that my punch card will be punched when I get into the appointment and have completed the appointment, since I live out of town. This has not been the case. When I get into my appointment, I told I cannot get a punch on my punch card because I was not physically present when pre booking my appointment. I was told otherwise over the phone since I am coming in from out of town. Some front desk girls punch my card, others won't. I was informed over the phone that notes would be made in my account so that this issue which has happened on various visits, would not happen again. Well, it has happened again. They have no consistency, and because of their lack of consistency, I have lost rewards that I should have earned on my punch card
