Massage Envy-Point Loma

Review: This Massage Envy is located in San Diego, CA. My wife and I live in Port St Lucie, FL. We left the area over a year ago. We asked them not to charge our account. On Jan 16th, my wife and I asked them not to charge our account, and cancel our membership there. They have a one year membership requirement...we have been members for over three years.Desired Settlement: We want out money back, and payment for overdraft charges. This was an unauthorized charge, especially after talking with them directly. Now we are are not only out over a hundred dollars, but facing $60 in overdraft charges in that they charged one of our accounts that had insufficient funds.

Review: New Manager has changed my contract to charge my credit card monthly instead of the initial contract agreement of every other month. This was done without my knowledge and I am waiting for a reply from the management as to how they expect to resolve the issue, I will know longer patronize this establishement if the issue is not resolved to my satisfaction.Desired Settlement: I would like both a refund and for the NEW Manager to honor the initial contract made when I became a member of Massage Envy.
