I signed up for a one year contract and after the end of the contract I called them and told them to cancel the services. After canceling the services, they continued to charge my credit card. I was also told that the services that I paid for I could no longer use unless I authorize additional charges to my credit card.Product_Or_Service: MessagesDesired SettlementRefund for unused services that I am not allowed to use.Business Response We have reached out to [redacted] and refunded her for the 5 drafts that occurred after she cancelled. We never received the cancellation form so that was the miscommunication. I believe [redacted] is happy now.
