cancel at this time. She was offered to freeze the account which stops payment from withdrawing for 6 months. She was still unhappy with the response and threatened to contact the Revdex.com if we would not cancel her membership. This response happens to us quite often however we still have to follow business policies while trying to please the client at the same time. Unfortunately, we just cannot please everyone. We did make an exception for her and canceled the membership because of the way she was treated our team members. This was done on 2/9/2017. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:Just for clarification, I got rude when they said I couldn't cancel my account without a doctor's letter. Their policy needs to be more emphasized regarding their cancellation rules requiring a doctor's note. I guess freezing an account is justifyable, but clients need the option to opt without having to bother a doctor to write a letter.Also, I wasn't provided the cancellation until I sent the letter from my chiropractor via email on 2/11, then I called them to confirm receipt and requested they reply via my email confirming cancellation, which they did.
