Massage Envy

The worst massage ever. I travel alot and have been to several Massage Envy's . This was the worst I've ever had. My appointment was at 11:15 am I arrived at 10"55 therapist didnt get started on me until 11:26 She started out covering up my back with a towel leaving my lower back exposed she did more stretching and rubbing than anything then put the sheet over me and started rubbing and stretching my back though the sheet. I'm requested a deep tissue focusing on my neck lower back and thighs. I requested that she give me deep tissue she replied with I will turn you over soon. She spent more time rubbing and stretching and keeping the sheet tucked in under me like she didnt want to touch me. During the massage as she was rubbing my arm both her hands were on my arm and in between her hands I felt something drop on my arm I looked up to see if she had the lotion somewhere visible because I know this woman didnt just spit on me. There was no lotion in her hand as I stated when I felt It drop on me both her hands were on my arm. It happened again on my leg. She kept me covered in the sheet and a towel. Afterwards I spoke with the lady at front and expressed my concerns and complaints only to be told all therapist has their own technique when you come back we will try and pair you with someone more to your liking. I will never return to this Massage Envy!! People different ethnicities beware!! I didnt even get a 50 min massage
