Massage Envy

I am continuing to be charged for a service I canceled months ago and even called them about two months ago to make sure they canceled it after charging me after the cancellation.

I (***) had a contract with Massage Envy and enjoyed it, However due to injuries and subsequent operations made a simple massage very painful. My wife and I explained the situation to an Massage Envy associate and she informed us under the circumstances we could transfer my remaining massages I had on my contract to my wife's account which she promptly did. I did not renew my contract. Everything was fine until my wife asked to have my last (paid for) massage transferred to her and the assistant manager became very rude and informed my wife that what the other associate did was all wrong and she should never have done it, and it cost ten dollars to transfer accrued massages to someone else, and she wasn't getting my last massage and she had until today (7/22/2018) to use the ones she had already had transferred, which meant she had to go two days in a row and now no one is going to get to use my (paid for) massage. The assistant manager was extremely rude to my wife and constantly using a harsh tone, almost like she was scolding a child. None of the things the associate did was the fault of my wife, but she said the assistant manager was treating her as if it were her fault. That's what transpired to the best of my knowledge. My wife has asked to be contacted by the district manager, no response as of this time.
