missed month or missed appointment. They are not able to cancel the membership within the initial 12 months and that it rolls into a monthly agreement after the initial 12 months and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
Complainant was unhappy with 3 of her last 4 appointments and was given free treatments to compensate. Upon the last complaint it was decided that we would no longer be willing to provide her with additional free treatments. When we advised her that there would be no more free treatments going forward she demanded a refund on the previous treatment even though she had given positive feedback to the therapist and receptionist at the end of that treatment.
Complainant had been accidentally overcharged $29 on a previous treatment. Upon noticing the overcharged we immediately called her to advise her of the overcharge. She has since been reimbursed the $29 onto her credit card.
Complainant family member who she signed up under her membership has not shown up for two appointments. Under the terms and conditions of the membership agreement we have the right to charge her credit card for those missed appointments. However we did not charge for either missed appointment as the family member had advised he would come in and pay for the initial missed appointment which he has yet to come pay for.
Massage Addict has decided to terminate the membership as we feel it is best for both parties to go separate ways.

The business is lying about everything they have said. They overcharged me on July 31 and I was in their clinic for an appointment on August 31, when they told me that they didn't owe me anything, after previously telling me they did. If they weren't lying, why didn't they refund me until well into September?
